Tāhū Group provides digital documentation templates, operational systems and consulting engagements for the New Zealand construction industry. All documents are written to align with WorkSafe NZ guidelines and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
Our documents and consulting are operational tools. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, accountant or H&S professional. Use of our materials does not guarantee compliance — you are responsible for tailoring them to your site, scope and team.
Purchased documents are licensed to your business for internal use. You may adapt them. You may not re-sell or redistribute them.
Digital documents are non-refundable once delivered. Consulting engagements follow the specific scope agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by NZ law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
